Customer Support Plans Offered
- Our Preferred Plan

Our Preferred Plan is offered to our preferred customers to cover their full support
needs and includes annual support with unlimited monthly phone support at rates
which average $200 to $500 monthly billing. In addition customers with this plan
may select optional additional remote support (as needed and available) at an hourly
rate of $135 per hour to be billed additionally on the half hour minimum.
Our Preferred plan entitles the customer to a discounted rate for optional onsite
support (as needed and available) at a discounted hourly rate of $135 per hour billed
hourly with a one hour minimum.
- Our Project Plan

Our Project Plan is offered to customers at a flat rate for Technology Projects,
which includes a block of 40 hours for $5400. Scheduled usage will be deducted at
a flat hourly rate with a 1 hour minimum for phone support and 2 hour minimum for
remote/ onsite support. Unless the project is confirmed closed, additional blocks
will be billed as needed when only 20% of hours remain.
- Our Customized Plan

Customers may select to combine our Preferred and Project plans to meet their exact
requirements with a customized plan. Customized plans are only offered annually,
subject to annual minimum purchase requirements and are subject to Hi-Tek Data Corp’s
management approval.
- Our Retainer Plan

This plan is offered to only our regular customers with support requirements at
a lower priority. This plan includes a block of 10 hours for $1500 prepaid, to be
used within 12 months. Usage will be deducted at a flat hourly rate with a 1/2 hour
minimum for phone support, 1 hour minimum for remote and 2 hour onsite support.
Unless renewal is canceled in writing, additional blocks will be billed monthly
as needed when only 20% of hours remain.
- Open Rate Plan

The Open Rate plan is offered as a best effort to customers that require support
as needed basis and without priority. This plan requires five hours of support to
be prepaid with an approved check or credit card for $750 (pricing is subject to
change without notice). The Open Rate plan is to be used as needed at a flat hourly
for Phone, Remote (both with a 1 hour minimum) or Onsite support (with a 3 hour
minimum). Unused time expires within 60 days and if additional hours are required,
an additional 5 hours will automatically be charged.
Note: You must have a signed Approval of Charge on file, prior to using the Open
Rate plan.
